Minor Logo problem

Just a little one - EXS00C appeared on MyFlights just now, and the logo for EXS didn't appear. Maybe this is related to the problem that flight id "DA" doesn't show a logo when it is an IATA code that is in the airlines table.

I don't think I've ever seen a 00 in an ID before, apart from the fairly common 000000 where we wouldn't want a logo anyway.
