help needed

hi all,
something remarkable happened: latest version on laptop (vista) working well. latest version on desktop stopped to work yesterday: no blue/white leds. any idea what could have happened with anrb on the desktop pc?

If you are using the same USB lead for both, maybe the USB socket on the desktop has failed?

I re-installed the whole thing and oops it started to work again.

very strange! when I install the latest version on my desktop pc it will run for hours without any troubles. when i close rb and try to run it the next day, everything goes well up to the point when the leds should shine up, but nothing happens, no aircraft on the screen, no blue leds. only solution is: deinstall reinstall then it works again, but this could be the longterm solution!. the rb runs without any problems on my vista laptop!
any idea? please!!!!
