Holding at FL380?

I have been outside and seen this Easyjet A319 pass by at FL380 3 times!

Planes that pass overhead that are enroute to Newcastle EGNT are usually at about FL200.

The only assumption is that there are problems with snow at Newcastle and this plane is waiting for Newcastle to reopen.
