Quick Database query

I offer apologies in advance, as I believe that this has been answered on the Forum but I can't find the thread.
My question - I use ANRB at Home, and the database is updated regularly.
I also use it at work but can't use the internet, so that Database doesn't get updated.
Am I correct in saying that I can update my Works database by copying the Navdata.db3 file from my Home setup ?
