Things are still ticking along here in Cyprus - a few different overflights this weekend that usually route farther North over Europe, such as USA services by Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways & Jet Airways.

How do I set my box to alert me of ANY commercial aircraft.? :-)

You could just try putting a line with a single * in the Alerts Mode-s list.

No idea if it will work, and no way of testing it :-(

Oops - it does work - I'll have to untick the box to stop it working for network flights!

It's just worked for D-CALM, which has just appeared on MyFlights! It must be up for another sniff at the ash.

Just seen on Sky News and elsewhere. BA are to send a 747-400 from Heathrow, out to the west coast of Ireland and then back to Cardiff for inspections.

I see on flightradar24 that Icelandair have put a plane over to Norway. Be grateful if anyone could confirm this, I can't get any more details as the site is too busy.

I have no doubt that the pressure is really starting to tell and the airlines, and their governments, are investigating any and all possible escape routes from this blocade.

The prospect of being stuck in this situation for what could be months is clearly focussing minds on finding a solution - fast.

Hi all,seems like they are taking it cautiously,stayed at 10000 ft to Lyneham,now just cleared to 15000ft,radio coms on 134.750.
