New RadarBox on way

Finally ordered a new RadarBox Pro today with free Radar Rama antenna from www.moonraker.eu. Phoned them this morning and they did it for same price as their ebay price and posting it Special Delivery as courier companies sometimes charge the earth to deliver up here. Hopefully here by the weekend. Getting real excited now, should be heaps better than watching  flightradar24.com.

I'm located in Orkney, so will be good to get more coverage from Shetland when you get "on-air"

I'm not on the network every day but try to get on when it's busy.  Also on AIS using Shipplotter as well.

Wonder where you are located ?  I'm on east side of west mainland with good radio take-off towards Shetland.

Thanks guys, I'll need to upgrade my broadband package and then hopefully be online/network quite a lot. I am on the west side of Shetland. but I think coverage will be limited till I get external aerial up. I don't have much patience when it comes to this sort of thing so guaranteed it will be sorted sooner rather than later.

Sandy, don't worry too much about your monthly limits on broadband.  I operate on the basic BT package (10GB per month) without problems.

I would advise unlimited anyway since we were on a bt limited one by mistake and were charged a lot extra although we do use our internet to obtain other things apart from radarbox network so you might be safe enough with limited.

Thanks again guys, I'll need to look at my BT package, it's up for renewal I think so might be a good time to negotiate. Any ideas as to how many GB RadarBox uses in a month if connected say 12 hrs per day.
