Sorry if this has been asked but did search and could not find.

Can someone explain exactly what happens with the different files is it:

MyLog (updated from NavData)
NavData (updated from Airnav DB)
Airnav Db (updated from multi sources)

And when you do a populate whats it doing to what files?
