I couldn't find any other evidence at the usual sources for 43E7BD being miscoded.  Infact G-LATE is noted using its normal code 406204 almost daily.  Therefore if this frame is using a miscode, it will be on a second box that is extremely rarely used.  We will leave it for now as unidentified.
