re-install problems

sorry, the same story again: due to hardware failure i had to re-install rb: did it like before and as i was told here on the forum. this no hardware connection, thus no flights etc. means screen with no ac whatsoever. help needed, urgently .

Are you using the same USB cable as before?

Can you try a different USB cable?

Do you have a green power light on the RadarBox receiver?

When you go to My Computer | Properties | Hardware | Device Manager - can you see AirNav RadarBox in the Universal Serial Bus Controllers section.

thanks for the reply. i am using the same cable as before i.e. the original one. and the rb is in the device manager,too. but still no hardware connection, the green light is on permanently. perhaps an upgrade to 1.3 would help? i used the "old" cd ( i think it was but very early after rb was released. do you know where to ind 1.3 in order to download it?
