I can't verify it, but it's possibly 664 with the Bulgarian Air Force and it's a Pilatus PC-9M c/n 664.

the mode s for Pilatus 664 from Bulgarian Air Force is : 4B1438
So, I think is other aircraft with this mode s :457C03, but any way a light aicraft because the flight level was 180FT.
