Got a duplicate but i don't think its because of the space but due to lower case 'c'.

451c36 & 451C36 are the duplicates.

Can you check the database to see which is in there.

Hi Brian, the database updater is set up only to allow capitals

I have however checked and it is indeed in with a small c. It must have got in before the capital letters were ensured, and I have now changed it to a capital C.

What do you advise to do with 'miscodes'.

I currently keep a log in excel, which is upto 34, then delete them from mylog. But i find it a pain to keep checking.

I am sure you get repeated queries on a/c.

Is there anyway they could be identified in the database ?

Any known miscodes are identified in the company details CO. i.e have a look at 4011DB and A54E5E.
