I flag ' Use local time on my log ' ...: Confirm the time of my logs is  always UTC?

We have realized that we made this change to the application but...on the wrong place and as none of the beta testers was interested in that feature it passed the beta testing stage. :-( Sorry for that.

What we need is the following:
1- Guarantee that V1.5 is 100% stable;
2- Receive suggestions and minor error reports (like the one above) so we implement all of them at the same time. So keep the suggestions/reports coming.

Ok .. this is not 'important thing was to find out whether I was wrong ... If the 1.5 is fine and not freezae.. this and' the most beautiful programme of the world.
