4951A7 comes out as CS-TMG a Convair 580 c/n 114 which became ZK-KFJ around 2003.  Where did you note this one.

Somewhere over/around Sweden at FL390 between 00.37-00.58 UTC today.
Just 9 msgs picked up and no callsign.
