We had 03C16D here on Oct 27th, LOSSIE89 (LossieXX are common callsigns for Tornadoes here) and it was climbing and descending like a Tornado.  If I remember correctly we heard one about that time also.

Possibly you are right, but the ASCT call sign and steady f/l level made it appear more like a C130. Never seen a RAF TOR ping over here in over three years.
