Everything but its hex, A300B4-605R(F), c/n 626, Rus Aviation.  Further, a question was asked about it on the mode-s forum 21/10 looking for its hex

There is little else unnoted locally that goes that high as it was eventually lost at 15000ft, so does fit A6-JIL, which I did not pick up on arrival (maybe from desert direction and under my view), will confirm tomorrow if it is missing from view (l/n last night)
