Havent a clue the d/b just states South African Airways Historic Flight. Its preserved in flying condition and operates historic flights, I belive it is part of the SAA Museum. See http://www.historicflight.co.za/ and http://www.historicflight.co.za

VARIG or Varig (this raises an issue as to whether it is Qantas or QANTAS and Tarom or TAROM all being abbreviations!)

And that's before you start on a lot of other South American Airlines such as AVIACSA and TACA!

South African Airways Historic Flight is what I have always used and I have seen them fly, but the South African contact should be able to tell us, he seems clued up on these things.

Seems a variety of entries for this

South Africa Red Cross Air Mercy Wing/South African Red Cross Air Mercy Service Trust would suggest South African Red Cross would be sufficient.

Also South African Police Service has Air Wing and Services Air Wing
