airnav radar box ranges best distances

Good evening everybody i love my airnav radar box from my location in orpington kent im getting 160-190 miles using my slim jim pre amp mainly in to central france
would members be able top ost what sort of didtances you are getting, leting me know your location and best ranges and if you are using pre amp and type of aieral

Hi I can receive consistently 250 - 300 nmiles, but only in some directions, across water mainly.
I use a homemade vertical colinear with 10 mtrs of LDF50 Heliax - no preamp.

Hi

I receive around 220nm in the east and west direction, in the north and south around 170nm.
I have an external WiMo GP-1090 (~10m over the ground) with a pre-amp.
