Acars decoder doesn't work

hi, after more then 2 weeks i have oinly 2 logs in my acars system.
i installed everything i need and i set my scanner 24-24 on

i use ubc800xlt and i connected my scanner to my pc. i set my SQL


can some help me plz

There are just so many variables that can affect ACARS reception, it is very difficult to offer any advice.

You just need to check frequencies, sound settings and so on.
