Hi I have been a listener for many years but only got a radar box a week ago and have come across a strange entry as attached.... it is supposed to be flying from Miami to San Francisco does this happen often ?

Business aircraft dont normally fly scheduled routes like airline traffic.  I would suggest that that was the route the flight number was used on previously.
