Why is the MODE-S info wrong

HI, I have just made 2 screen shots, where I could not find the reason why the MOde-S info is not korrect?
Why is the airplane in FLorida but according the libhomeradar.org info it should be not there.
Have I overseen something?

Sorry, I just saw that this is a flight from Costa Rica and it was just over FL.
