I have it reported departing Perpignan in an all white c/s for a new ME customer. The scheme I saw today was basically white body and tail with sky blue S in a sky blue lozenge with black Safi immediately underneath the Lozenge.

Time will tell as its bound to be in DXB soon

It's ES-LSA ex LY-NSA, ferried VNO-TLL-OSL 3 september and operated by Airest (AEG) for Avion Express (NVD).

In this case MDN is Meridian+ from Russia: http://www.agpmeridian.com/. The aircraft should have a Russian reg by now, but I cannot prove it (yet). I guess it will undergo special mission conversion at Aerodata in Braunschweig.

Saw this 881C4A and 881C48 flies everyday with callsign SNxx.  Sure that they are not commercial airline but some private own or government.
