N1905W BB&T Equipment is I think part of Branch Banking & Trust, so I've done their logo

In an attempt to clear up the confusion (I think) :

TCI - InterCaribbean Airways (formerly Air Turks and Caicos)

IWY - Interisland Airways

Best idea is to scrub the 'TCI' and 'IWY' logos in the logos folder and replace with the above.
