Couple for you :

CHK - Chalk's International Airlines (USA) Delete - Ceased Operations.

We have Kulula, a subsidiary of Comair of South Africa using ICAO 'CAW'. According to the FAA site, this code should officially be used by the parent company Comair, therefore it is unofficially being used by Kulula who do not have an ICAO code. To be absolutely correct the incorrect Kulula logo should therefore be replace by the Comair logo :
CAW - Comair (South Africa) http://www.comair.co.za/

I hadn't got CHK anyway...

CAW - Comair - some folk may want to keep the Kulula logo, so I'm posting this Comair logo as an alternative

Afternoon Rod,

You can cancel the following ICAO/logos :

ADH - Air One (ceased operations)

SMX - Alitalia Express
VLE - Volare Airlines
(Both have had their AOC's cancelled and their aircraft returned to parent Company Alitalia).
