Logo of Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia (VKG) should have the flag of Denmark instead of the Swedish flag.

SMJ - AV Cargo Airlines (formerly Avient Avn.)
TJK - Tajik Air - they appear to have gone back to their old logo, which I've dug out from the logos graveyard!

M-YTOY - I really don't think that the US company you found has any connection with the Isle of Man company that owns this private Phenom, but I've got this logo for it.
HZ-A6 is operated by Alpha Star Aviation so I've copied their STT logo
N727TE is operated for Tyco Electronics - this is a copy of the logo for their other plane, N707TE which we already have.
