has BER logo been removed as BER has bitten the dust?

GWI might be the next candidate, as it was planed to migrate/integrate GWI/4U into EWG/EW.
As I don't have any GWI flights im my list since past Sunday, the process might be completed.

AIS Airlines use ICAO code 'PNX' which may or may not already be in your logos folder. It was done 23/3/2016. If not, I'm sure Rod can oblige.
