help! - i'm having problem with ANRB set up

hi i have installed radarbox 3.13 on vista 32 but when i run the software and start the program ,only the green light on the hardware shows and on the screen it shows connected, i recently re-installed windows on my pc and it ran before that, i installed the software then when install was complete i plugged in the hardware and installed the provided drivers as i read in the instructions, can anybody help me with this as its driving me insane as i maybe missing something simple.

Which drivers do you refer to, the required ones come in the software for 32bit so you shouldnt need to install any others?

those are the ones i installed.

by the way if it helps the blue light flashes when my pc is on sleep mode.
