For what it's worth, flight plan said F50, LFBH-LFBD via STU HMU, operator DSO

Could it be one of the F50s that were AdlA VIP and are now used by the FN?

3B9B60 F-ZWVA Dassault Falcon 50, no c/n info available. It was myself who raised it on mode-s
3C6631 decodes to D-AIQQ unknown to me
40649B decodes to G-CGSE E145 which is now LX-OLA
4008A1 decodes to G-TDTW DC10 which became ZS-GAW and was last noted being broken up for spares
4CA632 doesnt decode unknown to me
