Hi Keith,

A78544 decodes to N584FC which isnt assigned by the FAA so appears to be a miscode for which I have no tie up.

I dont have anything on the hex Ian. N11111 is a PA60 which is in the d/b under its allocated A0327F but the heights you detail would suggest a chopper of some kind.
