Request for user help - Callsign, Flight ID Commercial

As you know many airlines opt to use callsigns that are different from the real flight number for the flights.
Examples include Lufthansa and Ryanair.

We are adding on a daily basis new records to our flight number database where this situation happens and we are seeking for user help on where we can find data on this: for example our Lufthansa listing is not complete and a few airlines remains to be added.
