The only VQ-BOR I can find details of is 4245C3 VQ-BOR Canadair CL-600-2B19 Regional Jet CRJ-200ER c/n 7535 Ak Bars Aero.  Nothing on Skyliner etc about it going elsewhere but time will tell.
