PK-GLE started off life as JY-AYD with Royal Jordanian before returning to ACG in 2/2012 as N598AG and PK-GLE in 6/2012. I can find no conections which would suggest why it should start using a Moroccan code and in both boxes. You may be correct in that 02021F is indeed being used by PK-GLE but I would need confirmation before entering in the d/b as such.

I am unable to find anything on 8963C8 A6-AIG and HS-EMM added to d/b

Looks like PK-GLE is back today pinging correctly on the QG832 CGK-MES route (so where was it for three weeks?). However it looks like 02021F (whatever it is) operated the same flight the night before and is scheduled as an A320 and CRJ's do not operate to CGK.

An unknown P3 just arrived in the area, possibly a 16112X machine as it is in a gap of known P3's .I have asked the DOH/BAH residents to see if they can eyeball it.
