Evelop would appear to be running schedules taking over from the Orbest Portugal flight schedules. I have looked at their website but it does not even show their schedules/flight numbers.

A54EED N441GC Gulfstream Aerospace GV-SP (G550) c/n 5441 Suntrust Equipment Finance & Leasing ex N541GA registration number change authorised 7/2/14. 

While it is authorised it is up to the operator to advise the FAA that the change has taken place.  The FAA dont update until they are advised as such by the operator and sometime the register can stay in such a limbo for quite a time until they remeber.
