0493E0 was plotting as Airwing1 which is certainly not Thai 31525 which populated today so would suggest it another 'Various' as with Da42 445566 which appears in UAE and UK regularly.

While 445566 could be a Diamond hex code it is reckoned to be something to do with signals between radars or the like and has nothing to do with any particular aircraft
