730E04 should be EP-CPD and sounds like a Caspian Reg, I see a mention of EP-CPD in 2005 on the Iranian website but was probably a Yak-42 or Tu-154. Might be a new MD80 and/or reuse of reg, would be surprised if  it was Russian type.

4D2074 was Fugro Malta PA31 9H-FMG which went to Fugro South Africa in March/April as ZS-FMG.  It may have reverted back or it may be using its old hex as a miscode but I don't have any confirmation either way.

I don't have anything on EP-CPD yet.

Hi Ian,

G-MCGE is en-route Southampton Docks to Aberdeen and is using its former US hex of A1C919 on the journey.  It is allocated 406C79 as its UK hex and I would expect it to be corrected at Aberdeen before it goes into service.  It is an S92 and is in the d/b as such under its UK hex code and registration.

It is Uni Air ATR-76 B-17013, s/n 1183 was thrown for a while by the EVA c/s thought it might be B-16213 A321!
