UR-CMD was previously ER-IAB
4BA741 decodes as you state to TC-IZA. However I cannot find any details of a new one with that registration

Certainly sounded like a Russian aircraft blasting down the runway at SAW so I assume the TU134 has new operator. It was night and I only saw it flashing between parked Anadolu B738's whilst I sat on my aircraft, but as I stated it was a very loud roar!
