Can't open radarbox 3.13

Good morning I cannot open my Airnav radar box
3.13 version was running ok
All other programmes run fine
When I load 3-13 it does u
Not open and is not responding any ideas
Is it best to upgrade to version 4.03

Version 3.13 and 4.03 are basically the same. 4.03 is needed for 3D option, if it was purchased.  So no need to update.
I once have had the same problem. In my case it was a damaged data base file. Unfortunately I can't remember if it was the navdata.db or the mylog.db.
