A7-UKW is a Tecnam Astore c/n 025 http://www.abpic.co.uk/search.php?q=A7-UKW&u=reg&sort=type_z_a  Goggleing also bring up a couple of videos of it flying in the area and there is a facebook  photo of it in Kuwait wrapped in film and without wings.
