Hex 1809BF is plotting as N71GF which was a SOCATA TB20 Trinidad c/n 2119 exported to Russia in late 2015, however unless miscoding I would guess by its hex it is probably now RF-02495.

You don't see many IL-18's around nowadays

508185,RA-01934,53462,Bell 407,(Miscode hex of UR-CGHI),,

The only N71GF I can find was a GLF4 and can find nothing on it or a TB20 other than a Luton report from 2014 for the GLF4
