This miscoding hex is really bugging me...... 5BA6C8. I have picked it up 50 times since 2013, in and around Moscow from 2000ft to never above 26000ft. It always has ZV as c/s and today with 1100 messages. possibly a prop like a Let or Antonov perhaps but I am only guessing
