The Luxembourg register gives both aircraft as owned by Flying Group Lux S.A. and use ICAO/FAA flight ID FYL as you state. unfortunately the company website does not differentiate between the Belgian and Luxembourg operations http://www.flyinggroup.aero/en/about_us with everything under FlyingGroup.
