This has been flying around MOW recently

AC8F7D decodes to N90815 but showing as 9N-ALX but as N90815 is a common test reg for a Robinson I would assume it is neither! Any clue?

N90815 you seen,russian regs not know.Other aircraft send callsign with true regs.All this Ra-regs seens near Moscow.upd RA-07370 used this hex too :) and C-fxea and Ra-07372,TG-ECF,TG-EDS,B-HWE

9N-ALX is an R66 c/n 0856 but I am unaware if it is the one you picked up
