Heading your way. Out of Riga heading east.  140664 RA-01636 and 140665 RA-01637.  Possibly
helicopters, both at around 1000ft.  Also noted yesterday in Prague

unknown 141CD6 c/s J which decodes to RA-07382 just got airborne west of MOW. No idea what it is but at just over 1000ft suggests a light or helicopter.
