N311AG was re-engined many years ago to comply with Stage 3 noise restrictions and is a Boeing 727-17(RE) Super 27 hence it is definitely an R721.  See https://www.flightglobal.com/news/articles/rohr-relaunches-valsan-727-re-engineing-programme-11862/ for some information on the program.

Without the conversion is would no longer be able to fly as it would be to noisy
