Fokker 100 UP-F1007 Bek Air f/n Z92100 c/n 11496 has crashed this morning on take off from Almaty and is a total write off.  Many survivors reported but so far 12 dead (98 were aboard). It only got to 40ft off the ground.

152658 decodes to RF-75352 which is an Il-76MDK-2 of Roscosmos 0083487617. It is in the db with its old hex 1533B2 which is from its old reg RA-78770. Delete the reference to 1533B2 as todays hex is correct for the new reg.
