It is operating with callsign R20377 which should make it 11-20377. This would also fit better with the sequence of other UH-60Ms?

155982 decodes to RA-88450, however I believe it is Russian Navy BERIEV Be-200ChS RF-88450 / 20 yellow which has been noted flying around. Its height and speed match the type and seemed to be heading to Levashovo Naval air station.
