It is the same hex the RA- is just covered with tape, the frame may have used a Sukhoi test hex prior to that but we know they are in a batch of 97001 thru 97020 and used multiple times

As it used c/s I suggest you put the 'Lithuanian' hex miscode against UP-CS018 until we discover otherwise

Hi Alan,
A couple of updates:
AE08B5 is listed as F/A-18 165926. This should be T-6A 165960 which fits in with the sequence of other T-6s
AE1156 listed as 165596. It should be 165996

I have this Russian hex at 36000ft at 400 knots in test area SE of ZIA

I think that this should be be 152B01 which decodes to RA-76545 and therefore is most probably RF-76545 IL-76MD Air Force on test.

Noted RWZ9991 out of ZIA last night and added it in.  It was initially using 144**
Caught RA-73032 over Turkey this morning inbound Antalya and added it in
RA-67223 became D-BOOM in 2018 hence the reason it was deleted from the d/b
I have deleted 152B01 from the database and replaced it with 1D2B01
