Thanks ffa noted it coming out of Kazan and wondered what it was.  It is miscoding as it should use 14A5CD and it used that code on its last flight inbound Kazan on 22 March using the same flight ID CIG9803

Second time I have picked this up and 1552A0 decodes to RA-86688 but cannot be as it was an Il-62 broken up years ago. Must be something having borrowed the box or seriously miscoding as nothing similar was around.
