This hex for N9484B has appeared again but unfortunately no c/s. This was a C172RG according to FAA and was exported to Fiji in 2007 c/n 172RG0836. It was at 1500ft and must now be in Russia or it is miscode.

Another instance of N9484B is since 2013 now RA-67202 Cessna T206H Turbo Stationair c/n T20609095 and I would think that it will be this one you picked up.  It should use 150682
