The only thing I have for it is the it was reserved for European Coastal Airlines as 9A-TOE but as you state the FAA records show it was cancelled to UAE so guess that is not the case.

Hi

The way it is acting it is probably here to replace the recently W/O Skydive Twotter DU-SD4(1) as it is up and down regularly and we suspect it might go to DU-SD4(2).

N903VK is now apparently DU-SD1(2) replacing the w/o C208 Caravan

PS both still using old US hexes.
