The 2 Atlas flights you mention are non-scheduled flight either charters or in support of the US forces and can be re-used anywhere as necessary. Ideally these ones should have the route in the database deleted but pressure of time stops me doing it.

Similarly the GMI flight ID is for a charter and can be used on any route flown as it is non-scheduled having been used on a number of routes so far this year and again the route shown in the database would be better deleted
